The Fulham Supporters’ Trust has opened nominations for Board members, following the adoption of a new elections policy at our last AGM.
The Trust will elect, from within its membership, up to 13 individuals to form the Board, and the elected Board is able to co-opt up to 5 additional members should they wish to do so.
To be eligible to stand for election, you must be a current Trust member with membership dating from at least 1 June 2019 (the beginning of the financial year the Trust works to) – and you must be nominated and seconded by two further current Trust members. The independent scrutineer will verify that all candidates and those nominating them are valid members, and reserves the right to disqualify any invalid nominations. Contact information for candidates and those nominating them will only be used for verification purposes and that data will not be retained or used for any other purpose.
You should also supply a statement of no more than 200 words which will be circulated to all members along with the instructions on how to vote. Voting will be by electronic ballot should there be more than 13 valid nominations of candidates.
The election process will be overseen by an independent scrutineer, who is neither a candidate nor nominating any of those seeking to stand for election.
