The Fulham Supporters’ Trust sent a full delegation to the Supporters’ Direct AGM/Annual Conference held in London over the weekend.

The conference saw the launch of a special report into the social and community value of football, which underlines the importance of our national game to people up and down the country. The complete report can be downloaded here.

Trust delegates attended several workshops that provided more information on many of the issues facing football clubs and supporters’ groups today, including football finance and supporter relations. The conference also heard Trusts based up and down the country and at clubs at levels of the football pyramid as well as giving an invaluable opportunity to hear about the strengths of the German football model from the Bundesliga chief executive officer Christian Seifert.
